A torque converter in the automatic transmissions takes the role of a clutch and transmits the power of the engine to the transmission. Usually a torque converter operates hydrodynamically. It transmits the driving torque of the motor via flow forces in the oil contained in the torque converter. 

A torque converter of the highest quality improves shifting characteristic of an automatic transmission and dampens noise and vibration. It is in "continuous use" and must function perfectly. Therefore, you must, as with the automatic transmission make sure and insist on its high quality and durability under any conditions of use.

 

At the beginning of July 2013 "M I D AUTO" Ltd, bought an entire line of torque converter rebuilding machines, which is comprised of 7 different machines. The recycling process is actually an entire cycle of processes including machines such as: welder, balancer, piston bonder, air test stand, lathe, parts washer, hub runout tester, edn play gauge. The accurate work of the machines together with the precise work and advanced knowledge of our workers can ensure high quality rebuilt torque converters.
